Warranty Information
All Endoplus instruments are guaranteed to be free of
defect in materials and workmanship for one year.
Instruments returned for warranty service which Endoplus
determines to be defective in materials or workmanship
will either be repaired or replaced by Endoplus without
charge. This guarantee is void if the instrument is used
for purposes other than intended or is damaged by
misuse, accident, or is repaired or altered by
unauthorized persons.
Above is a limited warranty
and is the only warranty made by Endoplus. Endoplus
makes no warranty, express or implied, and there are
expressly excluded all warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. Endoplus shall have no
liability for consequential, exemplary or incidental
damages even if it is aware of the possibility of such
damages. The stated express warranty is in lieu of all
liabilities or obligations of Endoplus arising out of or
in connection with the delivery, use or performance of
any Endoplus instrument.
